π« SCHOOL POLICIES & CODE OF CONDUCT
For smooth functioning of the school, the following rules are mandatory and binding on all students and parents.
π CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS
- Carry the School Diary and Identity Card daily. Parents must check and sign notes regularly.
- Students must come in clean, well-ironed prescribed uniform.
- Three warnings will be issued for improper uniform; thereafter, the student may be sent home and grades may be affected.
- Proper hairstyle is compulsory (Army cut for boys; braided ponytails for girls).
- 75% attendance is compulsory to appear in final examinations.
- Continuous absence of 10 days or more without permission may lead to cancellation of admission.
- Absence before or after vacations and lack of medical proof may affect results.
- Students must reach school 10 minutes before assembly; latecomers may be sent back.
- Discipline and silence must be maintained during assembly and while moving in corridors.
- Running, shouting, or playing inside school buildings is strictly prohibited.
- No student may leave the classroom or school campus without written permission.
- English must be spoken on the school campus at all times.
- Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, valuables, and jewellery are strictly prohibited.
- The school is not responsible for loss of prohibited items.
- Damage to school property will result in fine and disciplinary action.
- Participation in games, activities, and school functions is compulsory unless supported by a medical certificate.
- Cheating in examinations will result in zero marks and strict action.
- Pre-Board examinations are compulsory for Board-exam students.
π¨βπ©βπ§ GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS
- Ensure regular and punctual attendance of your child.
- Attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (preferably both parents).
- Check the Diary and Report Card regularly and take remarks seriously.
- Inform the school promptly about any change in address or contact number.
- Parents are not allowed to enter classrooms or disturb teachers directly.
- Sick children, especially with contagious diseases, should not be sent to school.
- School provides medical assistance in emergencies, but is not responsible for minor injuries during play.
- Deposit school fees on time to avoid inconvenience.
- Important information will be shared through SMS; please check regularly.
- Leave applications must be written in the School Diary.
- For Transfer Certificate, submit a written request one week in advance.
- Encourage your child positively; avoid physical punishment or undue pressure.
ROLE OF PARENTS
Active cooperation between parents and teachers is essential for a childβs academic success and overall development.
Positive guidance, realistic expectations, and regular communication with the school help children grow confidently.
