💰 FEE POLICY

1. Fee Structure

The school fee structure is decided by the School Management and is applicable for the entire academic session. Fee details are provided to parents at the time of admission.

2. Mode of Payment

Fees may be paid in cash / cheque / online mode as notified by the school office. Parents must ensure timely payment to avoid inconvenience.

3. Fee Instalments

The annual school fee shall be paid in four instalments, as per the schedule below:

1st Instalment April
2nd Instalment July
3rd Instalment September
4th Instalment December

4. Due Date & Late Fee

Fees must be paid on or before the due date mentioned in the fee notice. Late payment may attract a late fee fine as decided by the school management. Continued non-payment may lead to withholding of report card / examination admit card.

5. Non-Payment of Fees

In case of non-payment of fees for a prolonged period, the school reserves the right to:

  • Suspend the student from classes
  • Cancel the admission after due notice
  • Re-admission, if granted, will be subject to payment of all outstanding dues

6. Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances. Admission and registration fees are not transferable.

7. Fee Revision

The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure if required, with prior intimation to parents.

8. Final Authority

The decision of the Principal / Management regarding fee matters shall be final and binding.
