📝 ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. Availability of Seats

Admissions are granted subject to availability of seats in the respective class. The school follows its admission norms in accordance with applicable board guidelines.

2. Registration

Parents/Guardians must obtain and duly fill the Admission Registration Form from the school office. Registration does not guarantee admission.

3. Documents Required

Parents/Guardians must submit self-attested copies of the following documents at the time of admission:

  • Birth Certificate (issued by competent authority)
  • Previous Class Marksheet / Report Card
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (mandatory for Class I onwards)
  • Student’s Aadhaar Card
  • Parents’ Aadhaar Cards
  • Samagra ID (Student)
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Income Certificate / ITR / Salary Slip (as applicable)
  • Bank Passbook Copy
  • Passport Size Photographs of the student
  • Family Photograph

Note: Original documents must be produced for verification whenever required. Submission of incorrect or false documents may lead to cancellation of admission.

4. Interaction / Assessment

Admission may be based on interaction or written assessment, depending on the class. The assessment helps evaluate the child’s readiness and learning level.

5. Age Criteria

  • Pre-Primary Classes (Nursery to K.G. II)
  • Age will be calculated as on 31st July of the academic year.

    Class Required Age
    Nursery 3 Years
    K.G. I 4 Years
    K.G. II 5 Years

  • Primary Class
  • Age will be calculated as on 30th September of the academic year.

    Class Required Age
    Class I 6 Years

    6. Confirmation of Admission

    Admission will be confirmed only after verification of documents and payment of prescribed fees. Incomplete forms or incorrect information may result in cancellation of admission.

    7. Fee Payment

    Parents must pay the admission fee and other applicable charges within the stipulated time. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

    8. Acceptance of Rules

    Parents/Guardians must read and sign the School Rules & Regulations Declaration. The decision of the Principal/Management regarding admission matters shall be final and binding.

    9. Transfer / Withdrawal

    Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearance of all dues. One month’s prior written notice or one month’s fee in lieu thereof is required for withdrawal.

    10. Right of Admission

    The school reserves the right to grant or refuse admission without assigning any reason, in the interest of discipline and academic standards.
